They are seeking recent graduates for their Emerging Leaders Program, a 24-month leadership development initiative that includes three rotations across various business areas, aimed at developing future leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three meaningful rotations in areas such as Operations, Wealth, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing
  • Contribute to impactful projects and initiatives that challenge and showcase your leadership
  • Participate in a tailored leadership learning program with curated content
  • Benefit from one-on-one mentoring with program and rotation managers
  • Collaborate with peers on a real-world business challenge and present recommendations to senior executives
  • Build your network and gain exposure to senior leaders across the organization

Skills

  • Recent undergraduates (within the past eighteen months) from a Canadian college or university
  • Strong academic performance in any discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership and community involvement through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or innovative projects
  • Passion for leadership, driving change, and making an impact
  • Eligible to work in Canada and available to start full-time in September 2026
