The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual client to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and exceed client expectations
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
