Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support via phone, email, or other communication channels. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  • Adapting easily to changing procedures and assignments
  • Multi-tasking and organizing to manage high volumes of customer interactions
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands
  • Participating in call center simulation testing to ensure readiness and proficiency

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance, mortgage, or banking services environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High volume in-bound call center experience, with a proven track record of handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
