Job Summary

As a member of our Online Amazon Chat Support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat on Amazon's platform. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, providing information about products, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
