Sr. Manager, eCommerce Marketplace

About the position We are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative eCommerce Marketplace Manager to join our dynamic team. As the eCommerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on the Marketplace business strategies and performance goals for IVC own brands. You will be responsible for managing IVC own brands within the Amazon sales channel and other marketplaces, leveraging data driven insights, ongoing optimizations and conversion drivers to profitably scale our marketplace businesses. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting business results and building executable plans that meet our business goals. You will have a deep understanding of Amazon and proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts and advertising campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Director Strategic Marketing in managing the Amazon P&L by providing sales and inventory forecasting, analysis and insights to deliver Amazon & other marketplace businesses on budget
  • Responsible for Marketplace storefronts, ensuring they are optimized for success. This includes creating, maintaining and optimizing listings, copy, images, A+ Content and SEO keywords per best practices and policies
  • Creating compelling Marketplace content to capture attention and drive sales
  • Lead internal cross functional team in inventory analysis, demand planning and supply chain process to maximize in-stock and replenishment rates
  • Manage our PPC campaigns to ensure effective in achieving sales goals while optimizing for ROI
  • Create and review promotions, analyze performance, funding and profitability to drive performance
  • Track, evaluate and communicate our brand marketplace performance metrics and provide insights, recommendations and growth tactics to achieve business goals
  • Oversee and work alongside our external agencies to achieve sales and budget goals
  • Identify product opportunities leveraging internal and external data sources and consumer insights to make assortment recommendations
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape. You’ll identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new tools to keep us at the forefront of the market
  • Keeping our customers at the heart of everything you do. You’ll manage customer feedback, reviews and inquiries. Coordinating feedback internally to help us improve product quality and customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ Years of Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Required
  • 5+ Years of CPG, Marketing, Digital or eCommerce Experience preferred
  • Amazon Seller Central Expert: Managing and optimizing listings, managing inventory, using various tools within Amazon Seller Central
  • Amazon Advertising Expert: Experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored products, sponsored brand and sponsored display
  • Business Skills: P&L, Supply-chain and inventory management, understanding of industry trends, e-commerce best practices and category management
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to combine multiple data sources, analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions to meet performance goals
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal cross functional teams and external partners as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Amazon Seller Central

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Health & Wellness or Vitamins and Supplements space not required but preferred
