Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online channels
  • Opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review and resolve
  • Reviewing each open ticket to track the outcome and ensure timely closure

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. While prior experience is not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer
