Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative / Sales professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible service. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide extraordinary experiences to existing customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations
- Effectively promote and sell our products and services, including home refinancing and real estate solutions
- Overcome customer reluctance and objections, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to close sales
- Read and communicate well in English, using your writing and verbal skills to provide clear and concise information to customers
- Type and navigate a computer while holding a conversation, using your keyboard and mouse skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Sit for long periods of time, maintaining a high level of focus and productivity throughout your shift
- Navigate multiple computer systems, using your technical skills to access and manage customer information

Qualification Requirements
* High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks and customers
- Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment, using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales

Job Type and Pay
