Job Summary
As a Full Stack Database Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data-driven initiatives and driving business growth through data insights and analytics. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Your expertise in database administration, data analysis, and problem-solving will be essential in helping us make informed decisions and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Perform database administration tasks, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in database administration, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong expertise in database management systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based databases, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
- Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell and Python
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
- Certification in database administration, data analysis, or a related field
