About the Role

We're currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing policy change requests, maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products, and addressing any questions or concerns our clients may have. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Secure all necessary trailing documents from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, providing prompt and professional service
  • Document each customer contact in our eAgent system, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records
  • Take premium payments from customers, handling financial transactions with care and precision
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information as needed
  • Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of new products, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must reside in California and possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. You should have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and a ability to work independently. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • MUST RESIDE/LIVE IN CA
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge (not required but beneficial)
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)

Compensation and Benefits
