And we do it all with heart, each and every day.       Position Summary CVS Health Aetna has an opportunity for a full-time Case Manager, Registered Nurse (RN). Case Managers serve as dedicated advocates for members who are unable to advocate for themselves. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate comprehensive case management activities. Your focus will be to evaluate members’ medical needs and facilitate services that support their overall health and well-being.   Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST No nights, weekends, or holidays required.   Key Responsibilities of the Case Manager RN (Includes but is not limited to)
