Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective solutions that meet our customers' needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify customers' needs and preferences, and tailor solutions to meet their individual requirements
  • Utilize arenaflex resources and tools to find fare and schedule information, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Arrange travel for business and vacation customers, taking into account their schedules and costs
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required

  • Proven track record of resolving customer issues, billing, and other related concerns
  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* One or more years of sales experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of ADT resources and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
