Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, resolving product or service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and stay updated with company policies, procedures, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate issues calmly
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products, services, and policies is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
