Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a part-time weekend position. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through our products and services, and resolving any issues they may have. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries

  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, supporting colleagues and driving team success

Requirements

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to handle stress and stay calm in difficult situations, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Must be available to work weekends, with flexibility to work under 4 hours per day

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
