Job Description

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
