Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with world-class support and service. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:
