Job Summary

  • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes and customer experience

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Some college or relevant certifications preferred
