Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding arenaflex products and services
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements
