Job Summary

* Job Type: Full-Time

  • Salary: $45,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Proficient in using customer service software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
