The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clients' customers, building positive and long-lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex technical issues, providing product information, and ensuring that our clients' customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels

  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and emerging trends in the industry
  • Securely handle customers' sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices and techniques to drive customer satisfaction
  • Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed:

* Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level)

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with providing support via live chats and emails
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Personal or professional experience with trading, investments, or crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

* Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or Zendesk
