Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Providing information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and making changes as needed
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred

  • Relevant certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
