Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Guide less experienced staff members in data analysis and interpretation
- Work on cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth
- Regularly utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis to drive decision-making
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field
- Five (5) years of work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
