What You'll Do

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and social media

  • Help customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns
  • Ensure the appropriateness of social media content
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
