As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information.

Key Responsibilities

As a live chat customer support specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing timely and efficient customer service
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer support processes
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving customer complaints

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
