What to Expect as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in capturing and validating complex data, image classification, and indexing, pre-adjudicating documents, and correcting data as required. You'll also be responsible for verifying data from automated data extraction tools and utilizing various systems to work on assigned tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Capturing and validating more complex data

• Image classification and indexing
• Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required
• Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
• Utilizing various systems to work on assigned tasks

What Is Required to Succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

• The ability to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Maintain or exceed 4,000 ksph for numeric, and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing (preferred)
• Experience working through VPN connection

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• 0-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Associate in a healthcare-related service
• A strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
