Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns related to healthcare benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing accurate and timely information about their healthcare benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions.

  • Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
