Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our insurance policies. Your ability to effectively communicate, empathize, and problem-solve will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Services Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, while also escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Performing data entry to update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
