Job Type and Working Hours

We're seeking a Part-Time At-Home Customer Service Representative to join our team, working flexible hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time At-Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
