[Remote] Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist serves as a trusted advisor, supporting customer satisfaction and business opportunities through product demonstrations and solution optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Support existing IDS Marine customers by providing product walkthroughs, best-practice guidance, and solution optimization
  • Take on and support customer projects as assigned by the Director of Marine Dealer Relations, including special initiatives, targeted dealer engagements, and follow-up work to ensure successful
  • Conduct technical and functional demos for prospective dealers, with an emphasis on IDS Marine's products and services; including accounting, parts, service, sales, CRM and leadership insights
  • Financial workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Assist Sales and Relationship Managers during discovery sessions to understand dealer processes and requirements
  • Translate dealer business needs into clear IDS Marine solution positioning

Skills

  • Experience in Marine dealership operations
  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting, financial workflows, and back-office processes
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, dealer-friendly language
  • Comfortable leading demos, discovery conversations, and assigned customer initiatives
  • Collaborative, dealer-first mindset
