They are seeking a Field Service/Installation Technician to provide hands-on support to customers, offering maintenance and repair services while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Providing maintenance and repair services out in the field
- Training staff on using equipment
- Training customers on using equipment
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Mechanical or Technical experience/education
- Electrical, Customer service, Military, or Software/hardware experience
- Pneumatics
- HVAC
