Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our data team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing incoming legal documents in real-time to detect and correct errors in our processing, enter data from the source documents into templates, annotate legal documents, and provide feedback to others to improve our proprietary artificial intelligence. This is an entry-level position with a salary range of $30-$35k/year, plus overtime (not required). There is room for potential growth into leadership, training/development, technical, or revenue positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collecting and analyzing digital documents and related data
- Reviewing data and documents for errors
- Entering, correcting, and formatting data from source documents
- Working cooperatively with other arenaflex team members
- Consistently meeting individual and team performance objectives
- Becoming familiar with arenaflex's tools and systems in order to understand all team-related internal systems, processes, and procedures
- Providing feedback to others to improve our proprietary artificial intelligence
- Annotating legal documents to improve data accuracy and quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, data analysis, business administration) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
- Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary AI technology
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
- Certification in data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
