Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, utilizing your strong communication skills and friendly demeanor to handle incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work effectively in a call center environment and meet productivity and quality standards - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business - Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a high level of cash handling security - Use computerized systems to process orders, update customer records, and perform other administrative tasks - Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed and accurate support to customers - Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements

- Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak fluently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a dynamic call center environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with customer service and sales - Basic computer skills and the ability to type accurately - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Experience working with computerized systems and software - Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is an asset - A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
