Schedule Requirements

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet your needs. The 20 hours must be worked between Monday and Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with our clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
• Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
• Managing customer portfolios and organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
