Your Role in Our Mission

As an Experienced Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training. Forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry; initiates required confirmation.
  • Processing customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision.
  • Utilizing basic business and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Developing strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
