Key Responsibilities

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with business customers via phone and email to assist with business accounts, resolving credit, customer service, and billing concerns
  • Serving as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Conferencing with businesses to provide information about products and services, and processing service requests through appropriate channels
  • Maintaining accurate records of business interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken
  • Conducting account analysis and reviews, and proposing solutions to improve customer experiences
  • Following up with businesses to document their experience with service and aligning with Cellular Sales B2B representatives for optimal care
  • Utilizing a range of tools, including Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Demonstrating extensive and accurate typing skills to ensure efficient and effective communication

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales, and customer service over the phone
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, customer focus, organizational awareness, planning and organizing, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry and its products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule
