We offer home, auto and accident and health insurance, as well as other specialty niche insurance products, through a large network of independent insurance agents, as well as directly to consumers.Job DescriptionThe Regulatory Compliance Consultant would be responsible for the creation, maintenance and implementation of personal lines policy forms as well as the tracking and review of regulatory changes that impact personal lines products.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and perform analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, competitor products, market needs, and emerging issues, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)Develop and maintain policy forms, policyholder notices, and other communications, as well as forms requirements, for discretionary and compliance projects and manage timelines for research, development, filing and implementationWork closely with product management, claims, underwriting, IT and other areas in the creation of product portfoliosPrepare forms filings in accordance with state requirements and respond to DOI objections as well as participate in DOI meetingsIdentify and track regulatory changes at the state and federal level and notify key stakeholders to ensure compliance with new/existing laws, regulations, and DOI communications.Legal background would be helpfulKnowledge of standard personal lines programs of insuranceStrong research, analytical, writing, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Property and Casualty Experience#LI-JH1CompensationBase compensation offered for this role is $57,000-$80,000/ annually and is based on experience and qualifications.*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role Joining our team isn't just a job - it's an opportunity.
