[Remote] Remote Outbound Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Weed Man Ltd is North America’s Largest Franchised Lawn Care Company, and they are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join their successful call-center team. The role involves calling potential and existing clients to educate them on lawn care services, meet sales quotas, and manage client information in the database.
Responsibilities
- Call potential clients to educate them on our various lawn care services and programs. Enroll these clients in a program that will both benefit their lawn and meet their needs
- Call existing clients to renew their service or up-sell an added service to their current program
- Meet or exceed the quota per calling list requirement
- Enter order information into client database
- Follow up with leads attained from our website and Door-to-Door Representatives
Skills
- Able to work remote (Work from home)
- Personal computer on Ethernet (not Wi-Fi) with capability to run cloud-based programs/Zoom
- Minimum 1-year experience in outbound cold-calling
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple web pages
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills
