Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative – Part-Time Remote Jobs, you will be responsible for:
- Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers.
- Exceeding customer expectations by providing best-in-class service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To type a minimum of 25 WPM
- To be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- A high school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer service experience
