Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Locate and input data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify the contract type for each document, utilizing your analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Find and record the effective date for each document, maintaining a high level of precision and organization.
• Enter the data values into a provided worksheet, utilizing your Excel expertise to streamline the process.
• Consult with the Legal team as needed for any clarifications, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, with experience using a MacBook.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Legal team and other stakeholders.
