Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing heart-driven support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to expert for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits-related topics. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from arenaflex members, providing accurate and timely information on medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits-related topics.

• Resolve member issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.

• Strong knowledge of medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits-related topics.
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools.
