Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and headset, and will be required to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace. You'll be working with a variety of clients, each with their own unique products and services, so you'll need to be adaptable and able to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
