Job Summary

As a Data Entry Amazon Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders and inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and friendly responses via online chat, helping customers track their orders, resolve payment issues, and answer product-related questions.

Key Responsibilities
