Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a 100% remote work opportunity, requiring a high level of self-motivation, discipline, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed established contractual turnaround times for customer inquiries and issues

Work from Home Requirements

* This is a Work at Home assignment, requiring a dedicated office space that mimics the in-office environment and experience for the customer

  • Must have a desktop or laptop with the following:

+ Windows 10 + Intel Core i5 processor or higher + 8GM Memory + 256 GB Hard Drive + Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer + Headset connection hard wired (not wireless) + Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi) + 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection

  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications)
  • Must have 2 monitors
  • Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

  • Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
  • Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
  • Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
  • Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required

* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience working with databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
