• Conduct Mandatory Audits
• Drive Automation Projects To Optimize Overall Financial Operations And Processes From An Accounting And Reporting Perspective
• Accustomed To Multitasking, Prioritizing, And Meeting Several Tight Deadlines
• Flexibility To Work With Netflix Teams Across Multiple Time Zones
• Willingness To Travel To Our Overseas And EMEA Offices

Education And Experience:

• Minimum Of 4 Years Of Relevant Accounting And Finance Experience (A Combination Of Public Accounting And Internal Experience Preferred)
• Bachelor's / Academic Degree In Accounting And On Track To Complete (Or Have Already Completed) RA / CA / CPA / ACCA Or Equivalent
• Experience With Statutory Reporting And Leading (First Year) Financial Audits
• Experience Working In A Multinational Environment Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams In Legal, Tax, Accounting, Content, Etc.
• Experience Working With Service Providers Ie External Auditors, Third Party Accountants
• Advanced MS Excel And Google Sheets Experience With The Ability To Navigate Large Datasets
• Experience In The Entertainment/Technology Industry A Plus
• Experience With Workday Financials Or Other Cloud-Based ERP Systems Is A Plus
