Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. Some of the key tasks you may perform include:

  • Answering customer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Fulfilling customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the relevant teams or departments
  • Maintaining our call center database by entering information and documenting customer interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Updating your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management to stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate reporting requirements as directed by your supervisor or manager to ensure effective communication and performance tracking
  • Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members to ensure seamless and effective support
  • Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality service and support
