Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team as Online Chat Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will engage with Amazon customers through live chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, while contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, orders, and services, showcasing a deep understanding of Amazon's offerings
  • Assist customers with navigating the Amazon website and resolving issues, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive and respectful tone
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution, ensuring seamless handovers and effective issue resolution
