Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: ### Information Extraction
- Recognize and extract information from various sources and compile it into a comprehensive report
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline information collection, storage, and analysis processes
### Information Perception and Revealing
- Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders
- Ensure precision and clarity in data presentation, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Work closely with data analysts and scientists to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
### Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize information collection, storage, and analysis processes
- Share expertise and knowledge on data-related projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
### Information Quality Assurance and Integrity
- Execute thorough quality assurance cycles to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis
- Identify potential biases and recommend actions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data quality control processes
Essential Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in SQL with Large Query or similar platforms
- 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and interpretation
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack
- Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
