Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, text, and web chat. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Familiarity with household services or related industries
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
