Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating professionally in a conversational manner
- Utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
- Exceeding customer expectations and building relationships
- Resolving issues efficiently and effectively
The Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer service experience
