Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a detail-oriented, self-managing individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including software troubleshooting
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the household chore automation industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with a remote team
