Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients

  • Evaluate technical issues, offer solutions via phone whenever possible, and escalate to a supervisor on a case-by-case basis
  • Accurately record client concerns and information into the arenaflex Management System and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage transactions, guide clients through repairs, and summarize work performed
  • Keep clients informed with completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on vehicle status
  • Effectively coordinate vehicle details pre-delivery and post-delivery/conveyance times with clients; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services

What You'll Bring

* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including experience with tools, materials, and processes

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with careful attention to detail, and proficiency in Vendor Management System(s), Standpoint, and MS Office
  • Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive innovations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet business-critical time constraints
  • Valid driver's license required

Anticipated Pay

Compensation offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market area, work-related information, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other components dependent on the position advertised.
